Our property management team is dedicated to you 100 percent.  Our goal is to maximize your real estate investments while minimizing the problems associated with them.  We can manage all styles of residential property from single family detached residences to town homes, condos and apartments.  At Bearkat Properties, we minimize the hassles associated with property management so you have time to take care of everything else that is important in your life. Who We Are

Bearkat Properties operates and manages rental housing properties in Huntsville Texas. Our primary goal is to satisfy both our owners' needs as well as our tenants needs. Bearkat Properties is a locally run business as well as a subsidiary of Wright Way Property Services of Bryan Texas.  We are a member of the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) and proudly use their leases.
